Cameron Rogers hosts this podcast that spans all kinds of topics from mental health to entrepreneurship to motherhood and more. She has relaxed conversations with interesting guests - her recent episode about mushrooms is a great listen!
Anylist is my secret to efficient household shopping. The best part about this app is the recipe import feature. Once you've imported your recipes for the week, you can quickly build your grocery list. If you pay for premium (~$15/year), you can share lists with family members which has been awesome for us.
I reincorporated gua sha into my morning skincare routine, and I'm already noticing smoother skin and a more defined jawline. You can buy one on Amazon for $10 and Google a quick routine. It takes me about 5 minutes and it helps me feel energized for the day.
TV Show Recommendation
Offspring kept me happily entertained during my maternity leave. It follows an Australian obstetrician as she navigates love and life with a quirky family that always has something going on. It was made in the 2010s, so it's a bit nostalgic and it has Australian accents which cannot be beat.
I've been sober for 2 years and I've tried tons of non-alcoholic beverages, but nothing hits like a cold Fresca. If you're not sober, add a squeeze of lime and some tequila for a "skinny" paloma vibe.
Not really a recommendation, but rather a way to use Spotify. When I have a particular song in mind (recently it's been "Don't Give Up on Love" by Kygo), I click "Go to Radio" for that song and listen - I always discover something new that I love!
My weekly newsletter includes fun, easy recipes I've curated from the best food blogs. With each edition you'll get 4 recipes, a shopping list, a wellness tidbit, and a random recommendation. Looking for recipe inspo? Consider it done!
