P.S. Iâve moved over to the Substack platform. True to form, I value good recommendations and Substack was highly recommended from previous Rambull profiles (Caroline C., Adam T.). I think the design and readability is much improved. What do you think?
Jillâs Self-Description
I am a Pisces who loves Adam Sandler movies. I'm an inventor that's always cooking up a new product or business.
Jill incubates new startups as the Product & Strategy Lead for IAC's (Tinder, Angi) Incubator
Why Jill:
I met Jill through her latest business venture, Loop. Loop provides feedback that can validate your business idea. We are both in the âTrendsâ Facebook group and I saw her message about the traction she was seeing for her idea. I love getting feedback and was immediately intrigued. I am also constantly throwing things against the wall with Rambull to see what sticks (e.g. podcast, local recommendations, etc). Iâve enjoyed getting to speak with Jill and I am excited to follow Loopâs growth!

What We Do In the Shadows - Hulu
It's a mockumentary about vampires who live in Staten Island. This show makes me so happy. It is a really smart, funny show that helps you decompress after a long day. It is full of surprises, wit, and dry humor. Watching it feels like you're hanging out with your best friend.
đ Purchase
Athletic Greens*
I know these ads are all over podcasts but this product really is amazing. Finally I don't have to take 10 pills a day. The drink isn't awful - I was expecting it to taste like a gross green juice. Instead it tastes kind of like a protein powder drink which I know can be off-putting to some people, but better compared to the grass taste I was expecting. I really do feel a lot of energy and feel motivated after having it. I recommend using really cold water, shaking it really well, and using a straw to drink it.
*Note from RB: Consider purchasing from Sahil Bloomâs personal link here. Iâm trying to court him for a future profile. His link will get you a yearâs worth of free Vitamin D3+K2, and 5 Travel Packs.

Chani Astrology App
I know, I know, an "Astrology app" - However, if this is your thing, I highly recommend Chani. This app is very personalized and the graphics are beautiful. The email content you get perfectly aligns with the in-app experience. I've tried other apps like co-sign or Zodi and they just feel kind of cold and not fun. The brand voice and content of Chani is spot on and really makes you want to keep using the appâŚ

Transcendental Meditation
I just started doing TM (transcendental meditation). I've always looked into meditation and could never get into it. However, the idea of repeating a "mantra" in this practice versus clearing your mind sounded appealing so I spent 4 days training with a TM teacher. Wow. This is truly a game changer and has made me feel more grounded and present as well as motivated and clear-headed about what I want and how to do it. I know I'm probably drinking the kool-aid and I'm only 3 weeks in, but TM allows you to tap into a form of your subconscious that has all of the answers. For an over-thinker like me, I needed a way to clearly see what I want to do.

Lenny's Newsletter
I signed up for this a long time ago and never opened the emails. While I was delayed on a flight a week ago I decided to read through them. I was really missing out. These newsletters are filled with resources and tips to scale a business and the tips are broken down in a really digestible manner. It's tips that will actually stick with you after you read the email and you won't have to keep going back to the email for reference.
đĽ Honorable Mention: Guilty Pleasure
Coffee ice cream with Oreos and whipped cream.
Jillâs favorite brand is Hagen-Daaz

Loop.co
I offer consulting services to help people take their ideas from day 0 to mvp. Kind of like a start up bootcamp. I also have a service where I help founders get immediate feedback on their products.

Can you help Jill with a recommendation for:
âComfortable workout spandex that also has pocketsâ?

Charlottesville, Virginia: Douglas Gabbert
Read the entire local guide from Doug HERE.
As a UVA alum, I love Charlottesville and have been to Bodoâs Bagels many times. However, I had no idea about this hidden menu item that Doug shared. Excited to try it next time I am in town to watch college basketballâs most exciting team.
Reminder to add the Rambull google maps list. You can see tags for all of our recommendations, including Charleston SC from last week.
