The LMNT recommendation is heavily seconded here. They have a pretty much instant impact when I take them. Though I personally steer clear of the mango chilli flavour as the combination of sweet, heat and salt first thing in the morning can be a little difficult to stomach!
Hey Chris I got in touch with Adrian - sounds like no specific video or routine, "just doing mix of upper and lower body, mostly static"...fwiw I am a Peleton user and they have a great library of stretches. I found after doing enough of their videos I picked up on the ones that worked best for me and started stretching without the app and instead with a favorite podcast in the morning....
