Kill Tony: Super non-PC live comedy / roast humor. Hilarious show for irreverent entertainment with great guests. Shoutout to William "the vanilla gorilla" Montgomery.
Book Recommendation
Down and out in Paradise: Tells the "other side" of Anthony Bourdain's story. Doesn't necessarily paint him in a very positive light but really interesting read.
Thinking in Bets: Great book on using decision making principles used by pro poker players and how to apply them more broadly to life and business decisions.
New Morning Mercies: Brief but practical daily devotional I use to start or end (most) every day. Recommended from my sister.

Wellness Recommendation
Taking 5 minutes to read a devotional or just pump the brakes before diving into work each day is always worth the time.
Checking in with family regularly is a pretty easy but worthwhile habit.
Getting in some form of physical activity daily and, sadly, stretching before bed actually makes a difference.
What to Watch Recommendations
Recent Series: Last of Us (scary but good), Painting with John (out-there but good), White Lotus (devoid of value but good).
Docs: Anything Bourdain is always entertaining. Ken Burns' documentaries: double as laid back semi-educational entertainment as well as background noise for napping.
Movies: I can neither condone nor condemn seeing "Cocaine Bear"

St Paul and the Broken Bones: Great soul band and an incredible live performance if you ever get the chance.
Tyler Childers: He could be faking it, but Tyler Childers is a great bluegrass performer from Kentucky.

Travel Recommendation
If you ever have 7+ days free, highly recommend visiting. Great beaches, vineyards, hikes, food and nightlife. All for cheap once you're there.
