Reason for Profiling Ryan
A close friend, Ryan is a recent father and a product manager at Amazon. He is a well liked guy with an underrated sense of humor.

Ryanβs Self Description
"English Major turned Product Manager; SEC/ACC sports fan aimlessly exploring the Pacific Northwest. Likely not interesting enough to be featured on Rambull, but hope my eloquent prose will make up for that.β

Book
Tomorrow, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow
This is the best novel I've read in a while. An absorbing page-turner focusing on the timeless, coming-of-age themes of friendship, love, fame and failure, and....video game design. Hard to compare this book to anything I've read before, but above all else, it is a reminder of the importance of human connection that all readers will appreciate. [Note: I did not intentionally include a book about video games just so that our editor-in-chief would boost my profile impressions. Or did I?]
Newsletter
Contrary to the name, this newsletter doesn't just cover meme stocks. There are a tons of newsletters covering the markets, but I tend to always start with Robinhood Snacks as it offers digestible and relevant financial news that is tech-oriented, culturally relevant, and humorous. Interestingly, Robinhood Snacks has been so successful that the company is launching a new media brand, 'Sherwood', to expand their media offerings. I will likely subscribe, if only to convince myself I am young and hip.
Morning Protein Shake
Picture this: you just crushed a 20 minute Low Impact Peloton ride, barely breaking a sweat before kicking off your day of being sedentary at your home office for 10 hours straight. For us freak athletes with this sort of routine, Ka'Chava hits the spot for a daily morning shake that actually tastes good and packs in all the trendy superfoods that no one really understands but simply must have. Pro tip: order one bag of vanilla and one bag of chocolate and mix both into your shake. Add a half banana and some honey, if you have the means.
Gift
To all my queens - these pajamas are high quality and super comfortable, and they offer a good selection of maternity sets that my wife has really appreciated with our 3 month old daughter. To my kings - these are A+ gift options, but I'm also here to tell you that the Men's Bamboo Tee has become my go-to for lounging. Mix in one of these with your regularly-scheduled Vuori / Marine Layer tees. Thank Rob and Rambull later.
Coffee Brand
Had to plug a Pacific Northwest brand, and since I've naturally turned into a coffee snob while living in Seattle, it seems only right to recommend Olympia Coffee. My wife and I discovered this coffee at our favorite bakery (Moonrise Bakery for those visiting Seattle, which is such a convenient and easy city to visit/travel to). You can order this coffee from anywhere, and they have great subscriptions options which can serve as nice gift ideas.
Amazon Purchase
Another Seattle-based brand, Nuun helps me drink more water and stay hydrated. They have products for core hydration, multi-vitamins, and energy, so whether you absolutely crush 20 minute Low Impact Peloton rides, or find that drinking more than one (1) IPA in your thirties hits fundamentally differently, Nuun is a good answer.
Personal Plug
My family started this foundation in 2018 in honor of my late older brother, Patrick. The P-Man Foundation works to create and support healthy social and physical activities for those in recovery, providing grants to existing community organizations that expand the availability and increase the frequency of sober social activities in the Southeast. You can learn more about the foundation here: https://pmanfoundation.org/
π― Final Hits with Ryan
Recent Passion: My wife and I welcomed our first child, Eleanor, this past October so we are excited about all things parenthood. With the flurry of busyness that comes with having a child, I am currently trying to better balance where I invest my time. I'm currently reading The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry, which is offering helpful perspective.
Hidden Gem: Might not be so hidden anymore, but I love I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson on Netflix
