Poog
This is my hands-down, go-to, best-of-all-time podcast. It's co-hosted by comedians Jacqueline Novak and Kate Berlant — both of whom are overeducated, very silly, and obsessed with wellness. The name Poog is a joke (it's Goop spelled backwards) and it's laugh out loud funny. It's the lady version of what I imagine Cumtown/Throwing Fits/The Adam Friedland Show/*insert dudes-shooting-the-shit podcast name here* to be. On the last episode I listened to they used Freudian psychology to analyze what Kate hiding a cookie for herself as a treat at the bottom of her popcorn bowl meant. Enjoy.

Gem Vites
Daily multivitamin pills kind of stink and my doctor basically told me I was stupid for taking them because our bodies can't absorb them and thus they are useless. And this is all because we are supposed to get our nutrients from food!!! Gem is super cool because their daily multivitamin is in the form of a (very tasty) superfood bite that packs in a ton of bioavailable vitamins that my body can process. No more weird vitamin pee (IYKYK) and I think it actually works.
TV Show Recommendation
The Sopranos
My husband has never seen The Sopranos (marone!!!!) so I very kindly offered to re-watch the entire series with him. I remembered how great the show was, but I completely forgot just how funny it is. Highly recommend giving it a re-watch.
Also — I'm pretty sure the phrase Positive Vibes Only comes from The Sopranos!?! Pussy says it in season 2 when they are (SPOILER ALERT) at the hospital with Christopher after he gets shot and is half dead on the operating table. LOL. It's the most unhinged moment to say PVO that I've ever seen.

This winery is owned by Eric Wareheim — the master behind Tim & Eric and my favorite sketch ever:
They make reaaaaalllyyyy good natural wines — my favorites are Glou Glou, Superbloom and Sweet Berry, but you can't go wrong. All are very drinkable with just a touch of that delightful natural wine funk. And Glou Glou is lovely as a chilled wine in the summer time / is the perfect upgrade to your classic table wine.

This email tool has changed my life. You will never miss an email again and you get through your emails 10x faster than ever. There are a ton of great commands and keyboard shortcuts that make clearing, organizing, and getting through your inbox unbelievably efficient. It's $30/month, but I recently put my entire team on it and we will never look back.
FWIW, my husband tells me that it's basically the same as Microsoft teams and rolls his eyes at it, but for those of us living in the G-Suite, it's the best thing since sliced bread.
Music Recommendation
